Zone Operators manage your refund payments.
Depending on the type of refund point you visit, vouchers, electronic payments, cash or donations will be available.
Each Zone Operator has a handy app for those who prefer electronic payments (EFT, PayPal, donations). These apps also feature useful information to make your refund experience as quick and easy as possible.
Please note the zone for your refund point when downloading the app (CDS Vic North, East or West), to ensure it is the right app, or follow the instructions at your refund point.
Insert eligible drink containers into the machine, these are then scanned and verified. Please note you can leave lids on.

Zone Operators may offer pop-up services or events. They will have a set time and location that you can visit to return your drink containers.
CDS Vic is made up of 3 zones, North, East and West.
Each zone is managed by one of our Zone Operators who manage payments and refunds in their zone.
