There are three zone operators who manage refund points across Victoria: Visy, Return-It and TOMRA Cleanaway. They manage daily refund point operations, refunds, and recycling.

Zone operators maintain their network of refund collection points. They manage the following:

- Electronic payments and apps
- Refund point operations and equipment
- Enquiries relating to specific refund points

Each zone operator has an app on both Android and iOS. Use the apps to receive electronic payments, donate your refund, and find refund points.
