CDS Vic provides a 10 cent refund for every eligible drink container returned. Each bottle, can and carton that you return helps to divert valuable containers from landfill.
There are hundreds of refund points across Victoria, so look out for your local. The network has more than 600 refund points.

AFL Victoria and CDS Vic have teamed up to support local football clubs across the state in raising funds and promoting sustainability. Through this exciting partnership, CDS Vic is now the Official Recycling Partner of AFL Victoria until 2027.
From 2 June 2025, CDS Vic will dollar match the first five Landcare groups to raise $1,000 through the scheme.*

The prestigious award ceremony, held at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, honoured the athletes, coaches, volunteers, administrators and clubs who make an outstanding contribution to sport and active recreation in our state.
The Ocean Racing Club of Victoria earned their award for their efforts in promoting sailing to new audiences. Through live race tracking, race reports and engaging human-interest storytelling on social media, their content captures what makes ocean racing special.
VicReturn Chief of Communications, Marketing and Engagement, Marianne Doyle, announced the winner and presented the award to the club’s Media Manager, Melissa Warren. Melissa said the racing club’s social media presence has not only elevated awareness of the sport of sailing, but has also attracted more women and young people under 25 to become members.
