How to make a return

CDS Vic provides a 10 cent refund for every eligible drink container returned.  Each bottle, can and carton that you return helps to divert valuable containers from landfill. 

Eligible containers
Most aluminium, glass, plastic and liquid paperboard (carton) drink containers between 150mL and 3 litres are eligible. Keep the lids on, we recycle them too! 
Refund point types

There are hundreds of refund points across Victoria, so look out for your local. The network has more than 600 refund points.

Donation & other refund types
There are multiple ways to receive your 10 cent refund. You can either keep your refund, or support your favourite cause with a donation.

To get started

Sign up as a Donation Partner

To get fundraising, you'll need to complete a couple of steps. 

STEP 1: REGISTER 

Obtain your Donation Partner ID by completing a registration form on our website. You will require a valid ABN.

STEP 2: ACTIVATE

Contact your local Zone Operator to activate your Donation Partner ID. You can then start receiving funds from your community.

Your Zone

Schools with multiple campuses located across different zones may need to activate their ID with more than one Zone Operator.

Your Zone Operator provides your login details and password. Follow up with them directly if you're yet to receive these details.
